What a fantastic day we had at the Hamagrael Craft Fair! 1/2 of the Dynamic Doullina Duo was out of commission for the day, but we were lucky enough to enlist the help of one of our closest friends (and biggest fan!) to help out for the day. Angel and I had the best time chatting with all of the lovely people who were kind enough to stop by our booth for a visit. In addition to selling lots of our fun cards, tags, advent calendars, clipboards, mini albums, framed layouts, and cd tins, we were able to spread the word about our upcoming classes and our 12 hour crop (see our “Events” section above). Great day all around and many thanks to our kindest patrons and friends!

If you’re out and about in the Capital District this Saturday (12/1), swing by our little barrio of Delmar and check us out at the Hamagrael Elementary Craft Fair from 10am-4pm.   It’s supposed to be a rather large show with 80+ vendors, including Doullina (did we mention WE would be there???)   Hope to see some our super fans there!

This is a promo not only for our own awesomely unique (grin!) handmade items, but for the thousands and thousands of amazing creations you can find on the virtual shelves of etsy.com. We have been proudly selling our paper goodies on etsy since March and as we’ve watched our business steadily grow, we find ourselves feeling immensely grateful for such an amazing platform. We’ve “met” some incredibly interesting people and made some fun new friends along the way and we’re looking forward to continuing with this great momentum through the Holiday Season and beyond.

Hello Doullina fans and welcome back to our blog show!  We have been a couple of busy gals, what with vacations, the beginning of the school year, and the beginning of the Fall Craft Show Season.  We are busily creating tons and tons of new goodies and can’t wait to show them off in the coming weeks.  We are trying to focus most of our creative energies upon building up our “inventory” for the 1st Craft Show, but we always have time for special orders, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you’ve got an idea for a special gift!  Our new cards and clipboards have been selling out just as quickly as we’ve been listing them, so head on over to our “sold” section in our etsy.com shop, to scope out some new design ideas.

Greetings from the vacationing half of the Doullina team! Wow! What a busy month it’s been since we launched our little store! We are enjoying the continued support of our friends, family and new customers who have all shown such excitement for our creative ventures here at doullina.com. The influx of new ideas and feedback definitely fuels our creative fires, and we hope that you will continue letting us know what sorts of things you’d like to see featured on our site. As August winds down and we start to gear up for a busy Craft Show and Holiday season, we decided to host a fun 10% off sale in our shops! We had a fantastic time in Stormville this weekend, at their 1 day Antique Fair/Flea Market (yes, at this point, you may see us in some interesting locales) We got a lot of positive feedback from shoppers who were very excited to see our custom projects, and we must have passed out over a hundred business cards! Beautiful weather, great conversations, and hopefully some great new customers and friends who will join us as we create more fun stuff for our shop.

1/2 of our esteemed design team recently partook in some serious scrapbooking at the Harvard of Scrapbooking Institutes- Creating Keepsakes Convention. Everything from the fabulous Friday Night Crop that was chock full of entertainment, to the fully stocked Vendor Faire (yes, she returned with PLENTY of goodies to incorporate into our designs!), to the bags and bags of giveaways…definitely made for a fun scrapping vacation! Definitely keep an eye out for some new designs featuring some of the latest and greatest supplies and techniques in the very near future.

Sadly, our highly anticipated craft show was rained out this past weekend Oh well, we’ll get another chance to showcase our fun projects locally later….for now…you are all welcome to come check out all of the great stuff we worked on this month! We have a ton of new CD Tin Accordian Albums that are in the process of being added to our etsy store , and a few are making the rounds on ebay this week. We’re also working on a stack of Father’s Day ones, so be sure to email us with your special orders in time for Dad’s big day!
